Do I need any special equipment?
No. If you own a smartphone you have everything you need to get started. Llama Points is a simple, flexible mobile app that you can set up in under 10 minutes.
Is there a contract?
No. Llama Points is a subscription and you can cancel at any time. Llama Tastic starts with a free 2-month trial. See the pricing section for the plans.
Does it cost my customers anything?
No. Llama Points is always free for your customers to use.
How do I train my staff?
Staff training is covered. We have YouTube video tutorials and step-by-step guides so your staff can get up to speed quickly and start rewarding your customers.
Can my staff scan customers from their own phones?
Yes. You can invite members of staff by email so they can scan from their personal devices, or set up a managed device that belongs only to the business and use it at your point of sale.
Can I change my promotions?
Yes. Change your promotions whenever you want to reflect changing business needs or circumstances. You're in control.
Can I print flyers and posters?
Yes. You can print flyers, window stickers and table tents from your own device, straight from the Llama Points app.
Can I message my customers?
Yes. With in-app messaging you can communicate directly with the smartphones of your loyal customers.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Llama Points app, go to your account section and tap “Delete my account”. Keep in mind that this cannot be reversed.
