How to scan a customer and add points
To scan a customer is easy! You have two options: Read the instructions or Watch our YouTube video tutorials

Read the instructions
Step 1 – On your phone
- 1Open up the Llama Points App
- 2Press the “SCAN” on the bottom right
- 3The camera is now active, scan your customer’s QR code
- 4Add the number of points to the Promotion that the customer has
- 5Press Confirm at the bottom of the screen
- 6The customer will receive a popup telling them they have been rewarded
- 7Your phone will go back to the camera mode, ready to scan again
Top Tip – how to correct mistakes
- Before you press Confirm, if you have added too many points and need to subtract some or you need to add more, just use the “+” or “-” buttons to get the numbers correct, then press Confirm
- Once confirm is pressed, you cannot change the points for that transaction.
- If you have made a mistake, please speak to your manager or the owner
