How to Redeem a customer

To redeem a customer is easy! You have two options: Read the instructions or Watch our YouTube video tutorials

1Open up the Llama Points App
2Press the “SCAN” on the bottom right
3The camera is now active, scan your customer’s QR code
4If your customer has reached the Redeem value, a Green bar appears
5By pressing the “+” on the Green bar, this will award your customer the free item.
6A customer can Redeem more than 1 free thing if they have enough points
7Press Confirm at the bottom of the screen
8Tip- You can also add points as well as Redeem in the same transaction
9The customer will receive a popup telling them they have been rewarded
10Your phone will go back to the camera mode, ready to scan again

Before you press Confirm, if you have added too many points and need to subtract some or you need to add more, just use the “+” or “-” buttons to get the numbers correct, then press Confirm
Once confirm is pressed, you cannot change the points for that transaction.
Promotions are created in the Tile called Promotions in your dashboard
