Step 1 – On Your Mobile Phone
- Open up your Business Dashboard and press “Staff”
- Press the “+” on the bottom right
- Select “Invite User”
- Enter their personal email address
- Add their name (eg, Bob, Anita, etc)
- Select the Branch where it will be located
- Press “Send Invite Email”
- Back on the Staff page, you’ll see them, press on it.
- You will see the invitation code
Step 2 – On their Phone, the new Staff member receives an email invitation
- Download the Llama Points app from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app and sign in with their preferred method, Anonymous is not permitted
- Go into the Menu, and select “Settings”
- Press “Enter Staff Registration Code”
* A member of Staff is one of your employees that you wish to enable them to scan and redeem points to your customers. They will use their personal device to scan.
