How to Redeem a customer

To redeem a customer is easy!

Step 1 – On your phone

  1. Open up the Llama Points App
  2. Press the “SCAN” on the bottom right
  3. The camera is now active, scan your customer’s QR code
  4. If your customer has reached the Redeem value, a Green bar appears
  5. By pressing the “+” on the Green bar, this will award your customer the free item.
  6. A customer can Redeem more than 1 free thing if they have enough points
  7. Press Confirm at the bottom of the screen
  8. Tip- You can also add points as well as Redeem in the same transaction
  9. The customer will receive a popup telling them they have been rewarded
  10. Your phone will go back to the camera mode, ready to scan again

Top Tip – how to correct mistakes

  1. Before you press Confirm, if you have added too many points and need to subtract some or you need to add more, just use the “+” or “-” buttons to get the numbers correct, then press Confirm
  2. Once confirm is pressed, you cannot change the points for that transaction.
  3. Promotions are created in the Tile called Promotions in your dashboard
