How to scan a customer and add points

To scan a customer is easy!

Step 1 – On your phone

  1. Open up the Llama Points App
  2. Press the “SCAN” on the bottom right
  3. The camera is now active, scan your customer’s QR code
  4. Add the number of points to the Promotion that the customer has
  5. Press Confirm at the bottom of the screen
  6. The customer will receive a popup telling them they have been rewarded
  7. Your phone will go back to the camera mode, ready to scan again

Top Tip – how to correct mistakes

  1. Before you press Confirm, if you have added too many points and need to subtract some or you need to add more, just use the “+” or “-” buttons to get the numbers correct, then press Confirm
  2. Once confirm is pressed, you cannot change the points for that transaction.
  3. If you have made a mistake, please speak to your manager or the owner
